Your call with Coach Lee has been booked!
You have taken the first step to get your ex back! While you are preparing for your call, do not contact your ex or change any of your situation if at all possible!
I will contact you at your appointment time (times listed were Central Standard Time) so be ready. Occasionally calls go over so be prepared that it’s within the realm of possibility I might call a few minutes late and know that I will make sure you get your full time.
Stay strong and know that help is on the way!
For the most effective session with me:
- Write down details you want to share with me if possible before your call.
- Be in a private, quiet location so that you aren’t interrupted and so that our communication is not impeded.
- Have paper and pen to take notes on what I say and we talk about (or use a note app on your phone). You are in an emotionally fragile state and remembering details likely won’t be as simple as it normally is for you!
- Make sure your phone is fully charged. Yes, it happens.
This Information Will Be Helpful For You To Provide At The Beginning Of Our Call:
If you have time, go through the questions below and think it through so that you have the best answer and information possible for our call.
- When did the breakup happen?
- What was your reaction to the breakup? If it wasn’t good, I’m not going to get onto you. I just need to know so I can best help you move forward.
- What reason were you given for the breakup?
- When was your last contact with your ex? What happened? What did you say and what did your ex say?
- When did the two of you start dating?
- How long have you known this person in total?
- Were there events that occurred before the breakup that seemed out of the norm for your relationship?
- Had you noticed this person pulling back from you in any way?
- Has this person reached out to you since the breakup? If so, what happened and what did you say/do?
If you don’t get a call at the time of your appointment, please check your inbox for an email from me. It’s possible the phone number was entered incorrectly or some other kind of mistake prevented me from calling. Don’t worry, I will work with you to find the next time when we are available. Just watch your phone and email.
